Guarantee and Warranty

on Thumper Massage Machine Sales in Australia


All our Thumper products are designed to make our customers feel good. We stand behind our products and ensure their effectiveness and quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your new Thumper® product or find it unsuitable for your condition, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receiving for refund less delivery charges.

Refunds are issued for the purchase price less actual shipping costs to the customer. (Please Note: Our List Prices include delivery within Australia - they are not “Free Delivery”).  Refunds/credits are issued right after receiving product back on our premises.

Any returned product must be free of defects and include all original packaging, manuals and discs to be eligible for our refund - otherwise a restocking fee may be charged.


Thumper Massager Inc. warrants any Thumper® product to the original purchaser against defective materials or workmanship for normal use and service: For a period of 2 years from the original purchase date. This Thumper Massager product warranty does not apply to any item, which has (i) been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or abuse; (ii) been wired, repaired or altered by anyone other than Thumper Massager Inc.; (iii) been improperly installed, stored, handled or maintained by anyone other than Thumper Massager Inc; (iv) not been used in accordance with the instructional booklet provided; (v) been subject to abnormal electrical voltages or currents or other abnormal environmental conditions; (vi) had its serial number(s) or dating altered or removed; or (vii) does not apply to expendable components such as base plates, power cords, fuses, drives, rubber bumpers, motor brushes and the like.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Shipping Expenses:  In case of manufacturing defect, we will cover shipping expenses inbound and outbound for the first 30 days after purchase.  After 30 days we cover outbound only, inbound is the responsibility of the customer.
